Kode Bryant Meeting Notes

1. Team Introductions & Skills:
Team members introduced themselves to the group. Soohwan noted experience with Shopify and C++. Ryan mentioned having experience doing "vibe coding" at a couple of hackathons. Shubhi shared that her web development experience is mostly front-end with HTML and CSS. Sam noted that gathering this information was important to figure out how to divide the upcoming work, whether individually or collaboratively.

2. GitHub Organization Status:
Sam confirmed that the GitHub organization was created and that 7 members had successfully joined so far. Some members had not received or accepted the invite yet; Sam clarified that the invitations were sent to school emails. Sam reminded the team that they need to create a few folders in the repository to stay organized.

3. Task Delegation (Sunday Deliverables):
The team discussed splitting up to tackle the assignments due by Sunday. Itai suggested making two groups: one for "branding" (group page and video) and one to draft the group contract. The team decided to let members pick their groups rather than randomly assigning them. A quick group screenshot was taken before splitting into breakout rooms.
